| Needlework | Bring along any kind of needlework (knitting, crochet, quilting,
even hemming) and work on it while you visit with other Newcomers. We hold a few special events during the year such as a holiday potluck,
winter soup and salad luncheon, and a spring potluck luncheon in
May. |
12:30 P.M. the 3rd Tuesday of the month (year-round) in members’ homes. |
| Friday Morning Book Club | We enjoy reading and discussing a wide variety of books chosen by our members. Formal book discussions are held September through April. New books are chosen in May for the following year and we meet informally (usually in a book store) during the summer months. |
9:30 A.M. the 2nd Friday of the month in members’ homes, local libraries or book stores. |
| Lunch Bunch | We meet once a month for lunch or some other type of activity. The hostess plans the activity which can range from a salad luncheon at someone’s home, to an English Tea, to lunch at a local restaurant. Come join us for a break from your everyday routine! | 12:30 P.M. the 3rd Friday of the month from September – May. |
| Ladies' Night Out | This group meets once a month for an evening out. Join us for good food, friends, and FREEDOM! | Meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at various locations . |
| Second Saturday Social | Come join us for a fun evening for couples or singles - a great way to make new friends! Minimal cost, no set commitment. Come when you can - host when you are able. | Meets the 2nd Saturday of the month four times a year. |
